Milk

All our fresh Milk comes from a BRC approved, independent dairy in Hampshire that has been in farming for over 3 generations. Fresh milk is collected from specially selected 'Farm Assured' suppliers in the Hampshire and Wiltshire countryside on a daily basis. The dairy processes around 65 million litres of fresh milk per annum.

Whole Milk, Homogenised Milk (for frothing) Semi-skimmed Milk and Skimmed Milk come in a range of pack sizes from 250ml cartons to Pergall Packs.

We also stock a range of UHT milks, portions and alternatives such as Soya milk and can supply Organic milk.

Cream

All our fresh cream comes from the same BRC approved, independent dairy in Hampshire. Our main cream lines are:

• Double Cream (48% butterfat)
• Whipping Cream (38-40% butterfat)
• Single Cream (18-20% butterfat)
• Clotted Cream
• Sour Cream

Available in a variety of sizes from 5oz pots, ½ gallons, gallons and 500 litre pallicon containers. UHT cream is also available.

Butter and Spreads

Our Butter and spreads are sourced from many countries including the UK, France, Belgium and Holland.

Available in portion/dishes as well as 250gm bricks or rolls, 2kg tubs, plaques and 25kg bulk cases and Clarified Butter.

We also stock most of the popular brands such as Echire, Lescure, Celle sur Belle, , Wheelbarrow, Netherend, Bladen, Isigny, Anchor, Country Life and Flora.
We can also supply Yeo Valley Organic Butter

Cheese

We stock a wide variety of hard and soft Cheese sourced from all over the UK and Europe.

From portion packs and speciality cheeses to 5kg catering blocks.

We also stock a range of over 250 of the most popular continental cheeses , including the most popular European Brands.

Yogurt

We sell a large variety of yogurt products, in many flavours, including yogurts from the UK and France:

Eggs

All our eggs are Lion dated and available in a variety of case sizes. From 5 dozen cater packs to 30 dozen cases.

The Lion Quality mark on eggshells and egg boxes means that the eggs have been produced to the highest standards of food safety in the world.

We also supply Freedom Free Range Eggs in 5 dozen to 15 dozen cases and can source, quail, duck and goose Eggs if required.

We also stock pasteurised liquid Egg, which is becoming increasingly more popular due to its ease of convenience and high standards of food safety. Products available are:

• Egg White

• Whole Egg
• Scrambled Egg Mix
• From 1kg to 10kg boxes.

Bread

We supply a full range of catering sliced bread in various pack sizes:

• Thick White (for toasting)
• Medium White
• Granary
• Wholemeal

Plus a selection of morning goods such as muffins, teacakes and crumpets.

Pitta Breads and Fresh Yeast complete the range.

Juice

We can supply a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices as well as UHT Juice cartons.

UHT flavours include: Orange, Apple, Pineapple, Tomato, Grapefruit, Mango, Passion, Lychee and Guava, as well as the “Ocean Spray” Cranberry juice range.

We can also supply a range of fresh smoothies, either fruit based or yogurt based.

Most of our customers now purchase their freshly squeezed juices from us, delivered in time for breakfast.
